Make 2011 Your Year to Shine in the Spotlight!
This year's 5th Annual SDVLP LAF-Off will take place on March 24, 2011 at the House of Blues! LAF-Off is the premier legal community event, attracting hundreds of lawyers, judges, and law students. The evening kicks off with both a VIP and a general admission reception at 5:00 p.m., and an opportunity to do some serious mixing and mingling. The comedy competition begins around 6:15 p.m., with Jim Pokorny as our emcee this year, and Judy Copeland, Dan Link, and Dan Lawton as our judges. This year the event will feature five truly funny lawyer comedians, including last year's winner Patti Zlaket, and three law student contestants. The evening is pure comedy and fun, with no long speeches or rubber chicken!
